Booking guidance for tours and airport transfers.

Submitting a form on this website sends a booking request. Your tour or transfer is confirmed only after Sweet Escape Tours replies with availability and confirmation details.
Reservation details are provided after availability is confirmed. Additional steps may be required to secure a reservation.
Tour cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience. Airport transfer cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
For airport transfers, please share flight changes as soon as possible. We do our best to adjust pickup timing for delayed flights.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, arriving on time, and following guide or driver safety instructions during tours and transfers.
