Common questions about our booking process
We recommend booking as soon as you’ve confirmed your travel dates, especially during peak season (December to April). For tours, we suggest at least 3-7 days in advance. For airport transfers, at least 48 hours notice is preferred, though we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
For tours: Free cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.
For transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Late cancellations incur a 50% fee.
For airport transfers, we monitor all flight arrivals and will adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. Your driver will be there to meet you regardless of when your flight actually arrives. For tours, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes due to flight delays—please contact us as soon as possible.
